1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the u77777 platform, including the website accessible at https://u77777.cam, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
1.2 The Platform is operated by u77777 (the "Operator", "we", "us" or "our"). u77777 provides an online sports betting and casino information and gaming platform targeting adult users in Pakistan and other permitted markets.
1.3 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "you") and the Operator. You should print or save a copy for your records.
2. Definitions
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
- "Account" means a registered user account on the Platform.
- "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional, matching, free-spin or other incentive credit credited to an Account that is subject to Wagering Requirements before withdrawal.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under the Operator's compliance obligations.
- "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

3. Acceptance of Terms

3.3 These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations or understandings between you and the Operator relating to the Platform.
4. Account Eligibility
4.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or applicable local law — to register an Account or place any bet or wager on the Platform. The Operator will verify your age as part of the KYC process.
4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You must not register or use the Platform if you are located in, or are a resident of, a Restricted Territory. It is your responsibility to determine whether access to or use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 4.3 Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any court order, insolvency proceeding or legal restriction that affects your ability to contract, you are not eligible to use the Platform.
4.4 Self-Exclusion. You must not register or attempt to access the Platform if you have self-excluded from any gambling platform operated by the Operator or any associated entity, or if you are subject to any operator-imposed exclusion or cooling-off period.
5. Account Registration
5.1 To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and country of residence.
5.2 One Account per Person. You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended, balances forfeited and the individual permanently banned from the Platform.
5.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you unless you have promptly notified us of a suspected breach of security.
5.4 You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays to KYC verification or withdrawal processing.
5.5 The Operator reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
6. Identity Verification (KYC)
6.1 The Operator is required to verify the identity and age of its users as part of its compliance obligations. You may be requested to provide documents including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport), proof of address and, where applicable, proof of source of funds.

6.3 The Operator may request additional verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
6.4 The Operator reserves the right to share KYC documentation with relevant regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies where required by applicable law.
7. Deposits & Payments
7.1 The Platform may reference familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options — as familiar payment methods. None of these providers endorse, approve or support gambling activity. Availability is subject to the Operator's live cashier, provider rules and applicable law.
7.2 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to return funds and close Accounts where third-party payment is suspected.
7.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may be updated without prior notice.

8.3 The Operator reserves the right to conduct additional security or fraud checks before processing any withdrawal, which may delay the transfer of funds.

8.5 The Operator reserves the right to withhold withdrawal if it suspects fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms or any other suspicious activity, and may report such activity to relevant authorities.
9. Bonuses & Promotions

10. Betting Rules
10.1 All sports bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport and market type, as published in the Platform's Sports Betting Rules section. These include but are not limited to cricket (including PSL T20 and ICC international fixtures), football, UFC and other sports.
10.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. The Operator is not liable for any technical malfunction, connectivity issue or delay that results in a bet being placed at odds different from those intended by the User.
10.3 The Operator reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous or manifestly incorrect odds (for example, due to data feed errors), provided such voiding is applied consistently and without discrimination.
10.4 In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the Operator's decision — made in good faith based on available data sources — shall be final, subject to any formal complaint procedure available under the Operator's published dispute-resolution policy.

11. Prohibited Conduct
11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage, including during registration or KYC;
- Using another person's identity, payment method or Account credentials without their express authorisation;
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by the Operator;
- Exploiting Platform errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes for financial gain;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or financing of illegal activities;
- Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory;

- Any conduct that, in the Operator's reasonable judgement, is intended to disrupt, damage or circumvent the Platform's integrity.
11.2 Upon detection of prohibited conduct, the Operator may, at its sole discretion: immediately suspend or permanently close the Account; void any or all bets placed; withhold and forfeit any outstanding balance; and/or report the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
12. Responsible Gambling
12.1 The Operator is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Tools available within your Account include: deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, cool-off periods and voluntary self-exclusion.
12.2 Self-Exclusion. You may request self-exclusion at any time by accessing the responsible gambling section of your Account settings. 14. Limitation of Liability

14.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from gambling outcomes, payment delays, Account suspension or data loss.
14.3 The Operator is not liable for the conduct, products or services of any third-party payment provider, technology partner or data supplier referenced on or integrated with the Platform.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15. Amendments to These Terms
15.1 The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, the Operator will provide reasonable notice via email or an in-Platform notification.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the amendment's effective date.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed, as specified in the Operator's licence documentation. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 — may impose additional obligations or restrictions that are separate from and in addition to these Terms.
16.2 In the event of a dispute, you should first contact us using the details in Clause 17. The Operator will endeavour to resolve complaints within 28 calendar days. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, further escalation options will be communicated to you in writing.
16.3 Nothing in this clause limits any statutory right you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
